WELCOME TO THE WEBSITE OF THE
Taylor Spatial FrameTM
Complex deformities of the extremities demand a high degree of precision when the correction procedure is
planned and carried out. For this reason also procedures, which are fixator-external supported, are highly
suitable in application. In selected cases, monoplanar deformities as well as multiplanar deformities of the
foot can be treated with the application of a hexapod device.
The Taylor Spatial FrameTM (TSF) is such a hexapod device. It is used in
the computer-supported planning and correction of complex deformities and is highly suitable in particular
to translational misalignment and rotational misalignment. The TSF permits multiple options for mounting with
multi spatial orientation. A special online software developed by Smith &
Nephew supports the anatomical and temporal planning of the correction.
On the following pages you find information about the multiple possibilities offered by the Taylor Spatial Frame
TM, after which you are given the opportunity to directly register for one of
our product training courses. The training courses are directly supported by the
Berufsverband der Deutschen Chirurgen e.V. (BDC)
(Incorporated Society of the Professional Organisation of German Surgeons).
